The images of the magazines contain ink, colors, shapes in endless combinations. They contain the seed of what painting is.

In the works presented, those images are carefully selected, 

processed and re-created with collage and oil paint.

The act of painting cancel and reconstruct the structure of the

image, using as a parasite the original color of it, mixing with new oil one. So the original image become a sort of skeleton on which a new entity lives on, with new textures, muscles, and finally a new skin, given by the oil color, unifying the collage parts into a new whole.
